ALTUR produces a diverse range of products, such as
- gravitationally cast aluminum alloy parts;
- die-cast aluminum alloy parts;
- machined aluminum alloy parts
In general, gravitationally cast parts are subsequently processed by ALTUR or various customers to make finished products, such as brake pumps, calipers, various suspension caps.
Die-cast parts are used for both the automotive industry and the energy industry, especially components for wall-mounted power plants. These products are delivered in finished condition.
The machined parts come from both gravitationally and die-cast parts and are intended for the two major industries listed above.
Gravity cast aluminum alloy parts;
Parts with the following characteristics can be produced by gravity casting:
- complex configuration;
- maximum dimensions 400 x 400 mm;
- weight between 0.1 kg and 6 kg
- minimum wall thickness 3 mm
Parts with the following characteristics can be produced by die casting:
- complex configuration;
- weight between 0.05 kg and 6 kg
- wall thickness between 0.8 mm and 20 mm
Machined parts
The processed parts represent an important share of ALTUR production, they being made to the highest quality standards in accordance with customer requirements.
