In 2022, die-casting accounted for 14.8% of ALTUR’s production, and by 2025 its share will increase to 35% of production.
Die casting is carried out using high performance equipment and machinery, Buhler – Switzerland (computer aided) 250 tf, 420 tf and 530 tf 350 tf, 450 tf, two 580 tf and one 850 tf DAK equipment from FRECH – Germany, and the parts are blasted using RÖSLER machines.
ALTUR is capable of casting parts in complex configurations with a weight of between 0.05 and 6 kg, a wall thickness of between 0.8 mm and 20 mm and a maximum part size of 400 x 600 mm.
